All payments made to Simply Forex for courses, tools, or services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, lack of use, or financial loss in trading activities.

Chargebacks
Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of access to Simply Forex services. Simply Forex reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover lost revenue and associated costs.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Simply Forex does not store payment details but cannot guarantee the security of third-party systems.
